The GISCD held its semi-annual meeting on Friday, July 28, 2023, that was chaired by Eng. Maitha Al Nuaimi, GISC Director, with the participation of the Center's staff. The meeting aimed to enhance the employees work performance and listen to their needs, thoughts & ideas that could to support the development plans of the center. During the meeting the center happiness index percentage was discussed. Eng. Maitha Al-Nuaimi emphasized on the importance of maintaining the security and confidentiality of information and adherence to applicable legislation, and regulations such as the conflict of interest policy, the work ethics charter and institutional values. Al Nuaimi has also encouraged the employees and praised them for their efforts in achieving the vision of Dubai Municipality and the strategic objective of the center. Furthermore, the meeting included a presentation of some institutional transformation projects as it was a platform for presenting ideas and enhance communication between employees. It has also included some interesting activities & competitions among employees.
