Mahra Al Ketbi, Acting Director of the Geospatial Information Section, presented the Dubai Digital Twin project, which represents a digital replica of the city of Dubai in the form of 2D & 3D maps containing all assets, landmarks and facilities, as she emphasized the importance of the digital twin, its great impact and speed of adoption in all businesses, she has also discussed the role of the digital twin and smart automation to enhance the customer experience as it represents a key element in designing and managing the smart city projects around the world.
