The GISCD, represented by Eng. Maitha Al Nuaimi, Acting Director of the Center participated in the Smart Cities Forum during the World Future Energy Summit, which sheds light on modern technologies that contribute to enhancing the level of happiness, health, sustainability and safety in the cities of the Middle East and the world. The forum brought together industry leaders, technology and innovation providers from different countries and regions in the world to share experiences and the important solutions that adopt IoT technology and AI, and included advanced technologies in smart urban infrastructure, smart transportation and smart buildings. During the forum, Eng. Maitha gave a presentation on the geospatial digital twin of Dubai, its development , and the most important technologies that the Center utilize to create the digital twin, such as Mobile Mapping, utilizes, and Indoor Mobile Mapping - TIMMS.
