09 September 2020 | Dubai, UAE

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, directed the Dubai Municipality, in cooperation with the Department of Lands and Properties, to issue a comprehensive and unified map of the Emirate's lands. This was within the framework of enhancing cooperation and integration between the governmental entities' efforts, improving services and increasing customer's satisfaction.

The joint project aims to collect comprehensive planning, geographic and spatial data for all lands in Dubai's Emirate. Furthermore, it aims to unify service channels for owners, investors and consultants, which enhances investors' confidence and ensures saving time and effort, while automating all services related to the project, linking services between the competent authorities, and reducing human interference. This focuses also on unifying the map extraction fees, which ultimately contributes to improving this government service and enhancing the confidence and happiness of dealers and investors.
