As part of its efforts to enhance cooperation and knowledge exchange, the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Center at Dubai Municipality received a delegation from the Ministry of Finance in Dubai. The visit aimed to learn about the center's leading practices and modern systems in geographic data management and innovative digital projects. The visit began with an introductory session presented by Eng. Maitha Al Naimi, Director of the GIS Center, who provided an overview of the center, its major projects, and services. This was followed by a presentation on the 'Dubai Digital Twin' project, highlighting its features, as well as an explanation of the geospatial survey project and discussions on how it processes, analyzes, and visualizes geospatial data integrated into the center's systems.
