Dubai BPS is an Online system designed to provide all building permit services, information, and procedures related to the construction and building sector, whether provided by Dubai Municipality or other entities in the emirate. It targets all categories of customers, including owners, consultants, and contractors, throughout all stages of the building journey, including building design, obtaining a building permit, executing construction works, completing and connecting services, moving into the building, as well as services for additions, modifications, building maintenance, and demolition. The online system uses the latest global technologies such as automated auditing services for building designs using Building Information Modeling (BIM), in which Dubai is a world leader, as well as the smart inspection, and AI. The platform aims to achieve several key goals, most importantly improving and developing the building construction experience in Dubai and meeting the needs of all customer categories, achieving government directions towards digital transformation and providing 360 services, increasing awareness and knowledge of building-related systems and laws, and enhancing the investment environment in Dubai to achieve a smart, sustainable, and globally advanced building sector.​
