Dubai Municipality, represented by the GISCD has launched the second phase of the Command Control Center, which is the strategic center concerned with managing the city's operations and mechanisms for responding to emergencies and crises.
The second phase of the project includes integrations with various municipality systems such as the vehicle tracking system, sewage and irrigation system (SCADA), as well as marine meteorology systems, municipality camera systems and Oyoon cameras of Dubai Police. In addition to forming a team from various municipality departments in order to improve communication between the concerned teams and take necessary decisions. In accordance with international best practices and in order to facilitate work procedures with high efficiency, an agreement was made with the accident team in Dubai Municipality to use Siemens system, which will enhance the mechanism for managing incoming incidents and ensure that all reports and official files are well documented.
