This project aims to design a modern electronic system that uses the latest technology and provides a single window for applying to all services related to building permits, such as permits, inspections, and completion certificates. The system is going to adopt building information modeling (BIM) and geographic information system (GIS), which is expected to result in raising the customer satisfaction by providing a high quality services and speeding up the permitting process by shortening the steps and reducing the manual data entry, which will contribute to enhancing Dubai ranking in the global competitiveness indicators.
