As part of the implementation of Dubai’s government vision to facilitate and unify service channels for owners, investors and consultants, and in order to enhance their confidence in government services, Dubai Municipality in cooperation with the Dubai Land Department launched the Unified-Comprehensive Map for Dubai lands. This map aims to enhance the governance of procedures and achieve customer happiness by creating a centralized database that links between land licensing entities. ​
