On Sunday November 10, 2019, Dubai Municipality has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, in view of enhancing cooperation frameworks between the two parties in the sustainability fields, and test new ideas for Dubai Municipality's sustainability projects, through the first Realistic lab at Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The MoU was signed by His Excellency Eng. Dawood Al Hajri, Director General of Dubai Municipality and Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Al Zarooni, Vice President and CEO of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority in the municipality's main building in the presence of a number of officials from both sides. The objectives of the MoU include providing the municipality employees with special training for innovative concepts and specialized training programs that aim to develop the competencies and skills of employees of both parties, and cooperating in the field of expanding and developing identifying information for the Dubai Silicon Oasis residents through joint sessions of workshops with Dubai Municipality.
