In the view of enhancing the strategic partnerships between the governmental entities and participating in building a sustainable city, the GISC in Dubai Municipality organized a virtual meeting with employees and managers of the Department of Economic Development in Dubai. The meeting addressed the importance of the Emirate's geospatial data and its role in supporting Dubai's vision and Dubai 2021 plan to be a smart city. The technologies used in the center, such as the geospatial car and panoramic images, were also displayed, in addition to presenting the Dubai Here's system and the geographic addressing system “Makani".
