This an internal project to develop a smart application for issuing/renewing site plans of land parcels from Dubai Municipality. The application allows landholders to apply and obtain a site plan (an electronically approved document) of the land online. It can be used by all land owner categories; Individuals | Companies | Government Institutions
Through this application, the client can:
- Apply and receive the map in minutes
- Use electronic payment methods
- Reduce the number of attachments from 14 to 3
- Simplify procedures
- Inquire information about planning legislation for each piece of land
- Inquire information about the approved commercial activities for each plot
- Inquire information about building violations
- Register/ Login (Dubai ID)
