The GISCD celebrated its employees on Friday, May 24, 2024, during the center's semi-annual gathering. The event began with a speech by Eng. Maitha Al-Nuaimi, the Center's Director, in which she thanked all employees for their efforts and achievements. She praised their valuable contributions and emphasized the importance of cooperation and teamwork in achieving the center's future goals and welcomed the new employees.
The meeting included several activities such as group game to foster connections among employees, listening to their ideas, suggestions, and needs, to improve the work environment and enhance performance.
Additionally, the most positive, happy, and collaborative employees were honored. This meeting serves as an important opportunity to encourage effective communication among employees, build team spirit, and promote transparency among individuals.
