Dubai Municipality and Ports, Customs and Free Zone sign a service level agreement that handles incidents and service tickets of the Single Window System for Building Permits in the Emirate of Dubai. This system is designed to provide all building permit services and related transactions through a unified platform for all licensing entities in Dubai. The agreement aims to determine the quality and the service level for the system's incidents that fall under the responsibilities of both parties. The agreement was signed by Eng. Maryam Al Muhairi, Acting CEO for the Buildings Regulation and Permits Agency, and HE Eng. Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of the Department of Planning and Development - Trakhees.
