The GIS Center Departemnt organizes introductory workshops on GIS sciences and its importance, and the most important applications and projects implemented in the center. A number of training workshops on the smart addressing system "Makani" were also presented to educational institutions and Dubai Municipality’s employees, in order to complement the Center's efforts in spreading geospatial awareness at the level of individuals, institutions, and educational entities.
