The GISC Department in Dubai Municipality has organized a motivational workshop for its employees titled "Leadership and Management of Change" presented by Fatima Al-Amiri, GIS Services Officer, and a certified trainer in human and self-development. The workshop aimed to introduce the concept of change, its types, causes, and how it impact feelings, ideas, and decision-making. Fatima has also shed the light on the leadership definition and how it is linked with change by giving examples of a leader employee in the work environment and the challenges they face, in addition to highlighting the positive role of leadership to achieve successful transitions during changes.
