​The Unified Map project for Dubai's lands focuses on issuing a single map at the Emirate's level, which displays comprehensive planning and Geospatial information and data for the land, throughout merging the maps issued by Dubai Municipality, the Department of Lands and Properties and other licensing entities in the Emirate. In addition to the issuance of the unified map from a central database of Dubai lands, which is updated through a complete electronic link between the specialized authorities. Some of the project outputs is to unify service channels for owners, investors, and consultants, which enhances investors' confidence and ensures saving time and effort, as well as reducing human interference and unify the map extraction fees, which ultimately contributes to improving this government service.
