In view of the importance of unifying the efforts made to serve the entire community and to enhance cooperation and participation in building a sustainable city, the GIS center in Dubai Municipality organized a virtual meeting with a number of managers and employees in Dubai Land Department (DLD). In that meeting, the center introduced the initiatives and projects that aim to provide a comprehensive geospatial database, which supports infrastructure development, urban planning, quality of life and other areas, including the GeoDubai initiative, the geographical addressing system 'Makani' and 'Dubai Here' system. In addition, it displayed other geospatial services it provides and the most important technologies such as the geospatial car and the panoramic images that include cloud data and high-resolution pictures.
