Dubai Municipality signs two service level agreements with Dubai Development Authority and Dubai Integrated Economic Zones. The agreements handle incidents and service tickets of the Single Window System for Building Permits in the Emirate of Dubai. This system is designed to provide all building permit services and related transactions through a unified platform for all licensing entities in Dubai. The SLAs aim to determine the quality and the service levels for the system's incidents that fall under the responsibilities of all parties. The agreements were signed by Eng. Maryam Al Muhairi, Acting CEO for the Buildings Regulation and Permits Agency in Dubai Municipality, Mr. Bader Al Gergawi, Deputy Director General in Dubai Development Authority, and Eng. Muammar Al Kathiri, CEO for Engineering & Smart City in DIEZ.
