The GIS Center in Dubai Municipality organized a virtual introductory meeting with employees and directors of Dubai Police's Transportation Security Department. The objective of the meeting was to present the geospatial initiatives such as GeoDubai initiative, which aims to provide a comprehensive, standardized and updated base-map in Dubai to be used as an effective tool for planning, designing and managing development projects in the Emirate. Furthermore, they introduced Dubai Here's system, which displays updated data on all assets, infrastructure, buildings, population's data and others.
