Dubai Municipality was honored to welcome HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and HH Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, at the Dubai Municipality's stand in Gitex 2019, to explore the most important projects and services of the GISC under the umbrella of Dubai Municipality.
Participation in this global exhibition is considered extremely important as it enables the center to share its knowledge and experiences with the participants in this global event, and to announce the most important projects and applications related to innovation in the region and the world. This is to support the concept of innovation through the provision of supporting infrastructure, such as the use of electronic and smart systems, and the use of modern innovation tools in everyday activities. The center participated in three projects: Kharitati, Indoor Mobile Mapping System and the Geospatial Autonomous Car.
